Medical Staff – We currently have over 300 professionals made up of medical staff; medical associate staff; and allied health professionals with privileges at Our Lady of Peace Hospital.

Patient Care Staff – We have over 70 R.N.’s, L.P.N.’s and nursing assistants on staff.

Employee Satisfaction Information:

In November of 2003, our facility took part in a Gallup employee satisfaction survey. We had 90% staff participation in the survey. Our results from this most recent survey rank our facility in the 98th percentile of employee satisfaction nationally, up from the 90th percentile in last year’s survey.
